Jump Start Your Business- Action Planning-Brentwood

Tuesday, April 10, 2018 9:30am to 12:30pm

The strategic plan sets the direction for your business to make decisions. This leads to writing a mission statement that identifies your purpose and a vision statement to guide your day to day business building activities. This workshop aims to help participants define, decide and achieve their goals. By supporting participants to envision the future they want their company, and defining the steps that will take them there, participants get a clearer picture of the action they need to take.

Business and strategic planning for existing and aspiring business owners:

  • Learn to effectively articulate your Mission Statement
  • Create a sustainable Vision statement for the future
  • Create an effective strategy to complete stated Goals
  • Begin to develop your quarterly Action Plan

This is a hands on interactive workshop. Come prepared to work.
