The Right Start

The Right Start

Friday, March 16, 2018 9:00am to 12:00pm
NO-COST

Description:

The Right Start will teach you how to cultivate these qualities that highly successful entrepreneurs have cultivated. It will teach you the deadliest mistakes that many new entrepreneurs make that could literally wipe out their cash reserves, and how to avoid these. It will teach you about “Smart Mistakes”, the kind you want to make so you can accelerate your learning. It will test what you think you know, the assumptions that you have made that may or may not be borne out. You will also learn the difference between a business plan (which is primarily used as a tool to raise capital) and an action plan—which is what you need to focus your time, energy, and limited resources, from day one, on doing the things that matter the most in bringing new business.

Businesses fail for lack of business, not for lack of capital.  This workshop will show you how to focus your thoughts, energies, and limited resources on bringing new business from day one. Specifically, you will learn:

  • The Ten Mindsets of Highly Successful Entrepreneurs that you must cultivate
  • The Seven Deadliest new business mistakes you must avoid
  • Perseverance—the X Factor needed for successful entrepreneurship
  • The Right Business Plan for Startups
  • How to think about costs, pricing, break-even points, and other business financials
