Builder Talents for Leaders and Entrepreneurs - Brentwood

Builder Talents for Leaders and Entrepreneurs - Brentwood

Wednesday, February 6, 2019 4:00pm to 7:00pm

All of us have a deep desire to build an idea, a product, or service - small or big business, for profit or nonprofit

- that adds social-economic value to our communities. This workshop looks at you through the lens

of self-discovery. You need to know your builder talents and how these work together to effectively

construct and promote your incredible business idea. Before your business, financial, tech support,

marketing, and hiring plans are drawn up, first start with understanding your natural entrepreneur

strengths and they can be used for building excellence.

We will study Gallup’s ten builder talents ™ and three alpha roles ™ to help provide lasting momentum for

your building project. The success with your new business venture depends on it.

The Gallup Book, “Born to Build” (2018 by Jim Clifton and Sangeeta Badal) does have a BP 10 talent

assessment included with the price of book. This book is not mandatory for this workshop. Participants

can purchase through Amazon.

Future (or new) business owners and inspiring entrepreneurs. Future leaders who wish to best leverage

their ideas, a new product or innovative service to help the well being of communities. Can be “for profit

or non-profit” organizations.
