This workshop is a prerequisite for Communication Skills:  The Power of Listening - Part 2

Listening skills are the foundation of effective interpersonal skills and essential to personal and professional success. Transforming how you listen to others can reduce costly and embarrassing errors and transform difficult relationships to ones of ease and satisfaction.

In this first part of a two-series workshop, you will:

  • Gain insight into how you actually listen to others
  • Be surprised at the gap between what is being said and your interpretation of what was actually said.
  • Be provided with the tools to immediately transform your listening skills and experience dramatic improvements in how you listen and relate to others.
