Right-Fit Hiring Practices-EVENING WORKSHOP

Right-Fit Hiring Practices-EVENING WORKSHOP

Tuesday, July 24, 2018 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Description:  Improve employee retention and enhance your competitive advantage for your business.  The most important decision as an owner and/or manager is who you hire (Gallup).  It has been said, that making good hires in your business is the most important function, yet least understood.  Employers are often frustrated with finding and keeping new hires that will grow, add value and contribute in their work roles with the organization.

This three-hour workshop focuses on excellence for recruiting and securing productive employees who desire to stay with your company.  Owners and/or managers will receive valuable practical tools to hire talented, passionate, and committed right-fit employees. We will discuss the current challenges of hiring millennials and the positive influence they can offer your organization.
