Strengths Leadership for Business Owners - Brentwood

Tuesday, February 19, 2019 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Self-discovery is the first step to great leadership.  This interactive workshop introduces the participant to strengths-based development and performance.  The focus is on the business owner’s innate strengths for effective leadership. This workshop is necessary for successful operations today – to help motivate and develop people for peak performance.  The workshop will introduce Gallup's "StrengthsFinder 2.0" online assessment, research, and findings.

Owners, new or tenured managers will receive valuable practical information on how to best leverage their strengths and how to appreciate the strengths of their employees in their work roles.  Leadership, management and team engagement will improve, boosting production, quality and service to customers.

Gallup Metrics:  There is a significant impact on performance and results with strengths-based development (SBD).  A strength-based workplace makes a major positive difference as a Gallup workplace study indicates:

Customer engagement: 3-7% increase
Employee engagement: 9-15% increase
Sales : 10-19% increase
Invest in SBD = 14-29% increase in profit
Safety incidents: 22-59% decrease
High Turnover Organizations: 26-71 pts. decrease in turnover
